Cathrynne D. Dale

Prior to associating with Byrne & Nixon LLP, Cathrynne was a litigator with Paul Hastings, Janofsky and Walker, in Los Angeles specializing in the areas of white collar criminal defense, and complex civil litigation.  Cathrynne has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in both federal and state court civil actions including class action suits, 17200 actions, real estate litigation and general business disputes.  On the criminal side Ms. Dale has represented white collar defendants in a wide variety of state, federal and regulatory actions.

Cathrynne received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1999, where she served as an articles editor for the Harvard Women's law journal, a board member for the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project and worked as a Rule 303 advocate representing indigent defendants.

She earned her A.B., summa cum laude, and phi beta kappa  in 1995 from the University of California, Berkeley.  She is a member of the California Bar and the criminal section of the American Bar Association.
