Jacqueline W. Wang Prior to associating with Byrne & Nixon LLP, Jacqueline practiced in the area of mergers and acquisitions and corporate securities as an associate at Irell & Manella LLP in Los Angeles. At Irell, she represented Paul Allen and DreamWorks SKG's new media joint venture in effectuating its major acquisitions and drafted and negotiated acquisition, financing, shareholder and intellectual property agreements on behalf of technology and entertainment clients. After her tenure at Irell, she consulted as an attorney in the area of intellectual property and entertainment law at Disney ABC Cable Networks, where she drafted production agreements and advised the new media group in connection with the launch of interactive television. Jacqueline received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1999, where she served as Article Editor of the Harvard International Law Journal. She earned a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, and Phi Beta Kappa in 1994, from the University of California, San Diego, during which she studied at the University of Toulouse, Faculty of Law in southern France. She is a member of the California Bar and is fluent in French and Spanish.
