Joseph S. Park

Joseph is Of Counsel to Byrne & Nixon LLP and works with the Firm representing individual and corporate clients in criminal investigations and prosecutions in federal and state courts as well as before administrative agencies. Joseph also assists multinational corporations in operational and compliance issues and disputes, antitrust related matters, internal investigations, discovery review, forensic financial analysis.

Prior to his legal practice, Joseph had an extensive career in consulting, audit, and risk management for professional services firms including Deloitte & Touche LLP, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and Arthur Andersen LLP and public utility companies including Pacific Gas & Electric Company and Southern California Edison.

While in law school, Joseph was a judicial extern for the Hon. Harvey A. Silberman in the Los Angeles Superior Court, the California Department of Justice, and the Los Angeles Unified School District.

Joseph is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of California with an experience in reviewing, auditing, and analyzing financial statements and advising clients on accounting and internal control matters. In addition, Joseph is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP). Joseph is a native Korean speaker.

Joseph is admitted to practice law in the State of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California.
