Prior to forming Byrne & Nixon LLP in April 2003, Mark headed up the West Coast White Collar Practice at Paul Hastings’ Los Angeles office. Before that, Mark served for ten years as an Assistant United States Attorney, Criminal Division, in the Central District of California, investigating and prosecuting a wide variety of white collar criminal matters, focusing on financial crimes and public corruption.

Prior to forming Byrne & Nixon LLP, Dan served for over four years as an Assistant United States Attorney, Criminal Division, in the Central District of California. During his tenure in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Dan prosecuted a wide variety of white collar criminal matters, including health care fraud, defense contractor fraud, tax fraud, mail fraud, student loan fraud, and customs violations. In his over 10 years as a Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney, Dan also handled a wide variety state criminal cases, from public corruption to murder.

Jennifer has been counsel at Byrne & Nixon LLP for more than 20 years representing individual and corporate clients in all phases of criminal investigations and prosecutions in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies in parallel proceedings.

Joseph is Of Counsel to Byrne & Nixon LLP and works with the Firm representing individual and corporate clients in criminal investigations and prosecutions in federal and state courts as well as before administrative agencies. Joseph also assists multinational corporations in operational and compliance issues and disputes, antitrust related matters, internal investigations, discovery review, forensic financial analysis.
